Mecca knew she was facing negative labels before people ever gave her a chance. In order to provide for her child, and advance in her career and life, she had to work extra hard. Years of hustle (and a lot of success, especially given the odds stacked against her) led her where she is today. Mecca is now a career coach, and owner of Plan to Slay and her new mentor program, Career on Fire.
